Yoga Storytime

Build early literacy skills while building health bodies! Join Ms. Lizzie on the mat and bring stories to life using your mind, body, and breath.

• Who’s it for? Children birth to five years old and their favorite grownups.
• What will you do? You and your child will share simple yoga poses, books, and songs in a fun, interactive program.
• What will we learn? Learn how yoga and movement can help you and your child practice early literacy skills and learn social-emotional skills.
• Supplies Needed: a towel or yoga mat per attendee (feel free to use one of ours or bring your own).
