Yarn Bombing the Library

It’s finally here! We’re yarn-bombing the library! Let’s meet at the steps to the main entrance. We can attach yarny things to any of the metal railings there. We can also decorate the bench leading to the elevator entrance.

Crocheters and knitters outside our group are invited too! If you have yarny things to add to this public art installation bring it to put up.

ITEMS DO NOT HAVE TO BE CROCHET OR KNIT. They just need to be creations obviously made out of yarn.

SOME CROCHET/KNIT IDEAS: Chains, icord, garland, scarves, cartoon characters, amigurumi figures, pumpkins, leaves, worms and other animals, granny squares, mandalas…The sky’s the limit!

Please bring any zip ties or attachers you need to attach your items to the railings.
