Online Martial Art Classes ages 3 and up

Starting April 1st, North Augusta Martial Arts and Self Defense will be offering FREE martial arts and fitness lessons to everyone in the CSRA. Just go to www.nama.digital to access the classes.  We will have classes suitable for students 3 years or age and older.  Separate classes for each age group.

These will be pre-recorded classes so you can watch at any time, and we will do special streaming classes periodically as well.
