Juneteenth 2023 Celebration
The Augusta Museum of History (AMH) is excited to be able to once again host its Annual Juneteenth Celebration onsite on June 17, 2023 from 10:00 – 5:00. Funded in part by the Wells Fargo Foundation.
We will have a variety of activities exploring the meaning of freedom and engaging in African American cultural traditions. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to keep up-to-date on specific activities.
The Museum’s goal is to help our visitors reflect on the meaning of Juneteenth and the richness of African American culture, a culture born out of imagination, resilience, and courage with a focus on education, achievement, and bringing people together from all walks of life to recognize our shared history while embracing the African American experience, regardless of race, nationality, religion, socioeconomic status.

Adults: $5
Seniors: $4
Child (6-18): $3
Child (6 & Under): Free
Events in the Rotunda area are FREE.
