Friday Summer Fun at Mistletoe State Park

Join us each Friday from 1-3 PM during the months of June and July for an outdoor-themed activity! Below is the list of each activity that we have planned for each date. On June 28th we will not have a program. The cost is only $3! Ages 3 and under are free.

June 7th: DNR Burn Team
Come watch as the burn team demonstrates the tools and methods used in prescribed burning. Meet at the beach area.

June 14th: Fathers Day Craft
Make a special present for the father in your life as we celebrate dad’s for this Friday Summer Fun event! Meet at the nature center.

June 21st: Summer Solstice
Learn why this is the longest day of the year! Meet at the Nature Center.

June 28th: No Friday Summer Fun

July 5th: Independence Day Craft
Make a American themed craft with our naturalist today! Meet at the Nature Center.

July 12th: Tie Dye
Bring a shirt, hat, or anything you’d like and we’ll be tie dying everything for this Frida Summer Fun! Meet at the Nature Center.

July 19th: Nature Scavenger Hunt
Find different nature items throughout the woods to receive a special prize! Meet at the Nature Center!

July 26th: BINGO!
Come play a nature themed BINGO game in the Nature Center! Prizes will be available to winners.
