FIT4MOM Augusta: Halloween Family Day
Curious what FIT4MOM is about? Bring the whole family, your friends, or coworkers to a FREE Stroller Strides class. To enjoy the fall weekend together, we’ll be meeting at Brookfield Park for a total-body workout for the adults- all movement levels will be met and challenged! After the adults finish, the kids will get a chance to show off their costumes and take part in fall and Halloween-inspired activities and games.
