FIT4MOM Augusta: 2nd Anniversary Family Day

***TAKE TWO! FAMILY DAY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED!***

What a two years it has been! We’ve enduring blistering heat, blustering cold, sleep regressions, toddler tantrums, and a global pandemic. If that’s not Strength In Motherhood, we don’t know what is!

To celebrate all of our accomplishments together, we’ll be meeting at Evans Towne Center Park by the amphitheater for a Family Day Strides. There will be a total-body workout for the adults- all movement levels will be met and challenged! After the adults finish, the kids will get a chance to show off their skills and challenge the adults to some good old-fashioned recess games.
