Featured Business: Rainbow Factory of Augusta
Rainbow Factory of Augusta is a super cute art studio in North Augusta. They offer a Mini Makers Preschool Art Club for ages 1 -4.
Class Description:
This wildly popular preschool class will get your little one’s creative juices flowing with our sensory bins, painting stations, collaborative murals, and so much more. Your preschooler will have free reign of all the creative possibilities with very little adult interference. Things will get gloriously messy, and we’ll handle the cleanup!
Guardians may relax with a cup of coffee and just watch or get in there and play along.

Imagination Station of Augusta
Imagination Station Children’s Museum of Augusta is a great space to take your young ones for some fun. They are a non-profit, inclusive, member-run children’s museum featuring interactive educational exhibits and occasional programming. The exhibit space includes Sensorimotor Corner, the Fixer Upper, Science Corner, the Pre-Literacy Room, and the Art Studio. They also have a playground on site and a cute tricycle racetrack.

Tinkergarten
Tinkergarten offers outdoor educational opportunities for kiddos ages 1.8 and up! Classes with Tinkergarten include a live group session that follows an intentional structure that includes community building, songs, movement, learning about nature, guided playtime, and a closing community share time. The class is $219 for the season

Augusta Mall Playground
Augusta Mall is the perfect place for toddlers to play. During the week it is slow and the kiddos are in school. The floor is padded and all of the playground equipment is low to the ground. The area is enclosed.

Inspire Studios: Musical Munchkins
Inspire Studios is a musical theatre company that teaches kids performing arts by putting on seasonal shows. They are offering a class for 3 and 4-year-olds. Musical Munchkins will teach the little ones the basics of musical theatre singing, dancing, and acting through music. They will then have a showcase at the end of the semester!

Kindermusik at Grace UMC
Kindermusik is a music class that is divided by age group and includes instruments, dance, and singing. The classes are super popular here and fill up fast. The cost is $85 per semester.

LILY Moms Groups
LILY Moms is a local moms group that hosts mom meet-ups and childcare is provided.
Group Description:
LILY Moms is a faith-based ministry that supports and builds community among mothers of children from conception through kindergarten. They meet on two Tuesdays during the month. During the meet-ups, they discuss various topics related to child-rearing, friendships, marriage, self-care, and more. LILY Moms is not a Bible study. Brunch is served as well.

Augusta Moms Connection is a local moms group that hosts meet-ups twice a month around the CSRA. The group posts their meet and greets on Facebook. Be sure to follow them to see where they will be meeting next.

Child Enrichment Classses at The Kroc Center
The Kroc Center of Augusta offers a Mommy & Me Music class on the first Saturday of each month and a Read and Play Class on the third Saturday of each month.
Class Descriptions:
Mommy & Me Music
This music and movement class get toddlers singing and dancing! Fathers, grandparents, or guardians are welcome too. There is a two-child maximum per adult. Pre-registration is required. $7.00 per child.
Read and Play Day at the Kroc
This program focuses on building early literacy skills and family engagement for children 0-5 with their parent/caregiver. Each monthly program session will include activities that will build literacy skills through story time, arts and crafts related to the featured story, and games. Parents/caregivers will receive additional information regarding activities to try at home to build literacy skills with their child. FREE to attend.
