Summer @ EDS 2025 registration is now open!  We are very excited about the fantastic opportunities we have available to campers in the CSRA this summer. 

Day Camp at EDS is a 8-week summer camp for children 3-12 years of age. Every day, students will participate in games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, special activities based on the week’s theme, and additional rotations of activities.

Summer @ EDS Day Camp runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with half-day until 1:00 p.m., extended day until 5:00 p.m., and early care opening at 8:00 a.m. To qualify for our 3-year-old camp program, campers must be toilet trained and have been in a preschool setting for at least one year. 

*Please note, for our Extended Day options to run, we need a minimum of 5 campers enrolled.

2025 Preschool and Youth Themes

June 2-6: Time Travelers
Embark on an exciting journey through time, exploring different historical periods and future possibilities! Travel with us from the time of dinosaurs into the year 3000.

June 9-13: Outdoor Art Adventure
Explore the beauty of the great outdoors while creating masterpieces! Campers will express themselves through nature-based art inspired by the world around them.

June 16-20: Underwater Explorers
Journey into the depths of the ocean without ever leaving dry land! Campers will learn about marine life, underwater ecosystems, ocean conservation, and mysterious creatures of the deep.

June 23-27: Wildlife Wonders
Dive deep into the wild world of animals! Campers will learn about different species, their habitats, and the critical roles they play in nature.

July 7-11: Cloud Chasers
Explore the skies and all things above in this week dedicated to the wonders of weather and clouds! Campers will learn how clouds form, talk about our weather patterns, and create weather-inspired art.

July 14-18: Mythical Creatures and Legends
Step into a world of fantasy and magic! Campers will explore legends of mythical creatures such as dragons, unicorns, fairies, and trolls through storytelling, games, and art.

July 21-25: Mini Eco-Citizens
Become a champion of sustainability in this week dedicated to eco-friendly practices! Campers will learn about renewable resources, recycling, and making a positive impact in their communities.

July 28-August 1: Imagination Workshop
Unleash your inner inventor! Campers will focus on designing, building, and testing new ideas with the resources available to them. Projects will challenge them to think outside the box and use their imagination!

Pricing

Early Bird Pricing – Before March 31:
Full Day until 3:30: $185/week
Half Day until 1:00: $145/week

Pricing After April 1:
Full Day until 3:30: $205/week
Half Day until 1:00: $165/week

Early Birds (8:00-9:00 a.m): $25/week
Extended Day (until 5:00 p.m.): $50/week

*Please note, for our Extended Day and busing options to run, we need a minimum of 5 campers enrolled.

Camp Refunds

The $50 deposit for each session is non-refundable

Cancellations made two or more weeks before the start of the session will be refunded their balance minus the non-refundable $50 deposit

Camps canceled within two weeks of the start of the session will not receive a refund

All camp balances can be transferred to another session

2025 Specialty Camps

In addition to Summer @ EDS Day Camp, we also offer specialty camps, open to all students in the CSRA, where skills can be honed in one specific area. Specialty camps get added all the time to our roster so please check our website, the EDS Panther Post newsletter, and social media posts for more information. Please note that most specialty camps have the option to add afternoon care until 3:30 P.M. or 5:00 P.M. on our Flowing Wells Campus.

Specialty Camps held on the Walton Way Campus will have an option for campers to be transported to our Flowing Wells Campus for the remainder of the Day Camp day.  3:30 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. pickup is only available at our Flowing Wells campus.

Art Camp

Join local artists, Kate Gary, for a week of painting and drawing. Campers will create works of art with watercolor and acrylics. 


Soccer Camp

Coach Chew is excited to teach and engage in activities that build soccer and athletic skills in campers while having tons of fun!


Mixed Media Art Camp

Each day campers will explore new mediums and complete masterpieces. This camp is the perfect opportunity for young artists of any level to learn new skills!


Football Camp

Join Cornell Harris from Augusta United Football for a week of football skills and drills! The football camp will assist campers in the proper techniques of different positions played in football and basic plays used. We will also help reinforce the rules and discipline it takes to be a successful athlete. All skill levels are welcome.


Photography Camp

Join local photographer, Ellie McGuire, for a week behind the camera! Campers will focus on a different type of photography each day, including macro, nature, food, portrait, and architecture.


Girls Volleyball

Ages: Rising 3rd – 8th Grade
Cost: $180

This camp is designed for girls entering grades 3-8 who have an interest in learning to play volleyball and improve their volleyball skills. Our campers will receive one-on-one and group instruction in skills including serving, hitting, passing, defensive/offensive gameplay, and strategies. Our final day of camp will be spent putting the skills and concepts covered during the week into friendly competition with fellow campers. All skill levels are welcome.


Wonder-Full Water

The wonders of water are all around us: it nourishes the earth, helps us stay alive, and is a part of play and adventure. During this fun week of camp, we will enjoy the wonders of water through games, Godly Play stories, hands-on and STEAM activities, and more. Godly Play is an imaginative method for presenting stories of scripture and is a curriculum used in religion classes at EDS.


Baseball Camp

Join the coaches of D-BAT Evans for a week of baseball skills and drills. All skill levels are welcome! D-BAT Evans is a premier indoor baseball and softball academy that provides state-of-the-art pitching machines and training cages, camps and clinics, and professional private instruction for players of all ages.


Basic Math Skill

Join CodeFu and build your own video game! This popular STEM program will focus on 21st-century skills, programming, problem-solving, logic, and teamwork. Campers will publish and play each other’s game at the end of the session.


Cheerleading

Join EDS Cheer alumni for a fun-filled week of cheer! Learn the cheers used by the EDS cheer team and practice a routine to show off your new skills. Parents will be invited to join us for a performance on Friday. All skill levels are welcome. Participants will also be invited to cheer at an EDS football game this fall!


Basketball Camp

Problem Solving & Data Analysis

Mahjong Manie

Join in the fun as Nicole Barnes with Bird Bam Barnes teaches Mahjong, a tile-based game developed in China in the 19th century that is growing in popularity. This camp is great for beginners who want to learn more and become more confident in their game. All supplies will be provided.


Baking and Decorating with Bottom Line Bakery

Join Kelsey Lucius, Owner of Bottom Line Bakery, and winner of Chopped Sweets, for a week in the kitchen. Campers will learn about various mixing methods, bakery weighing, and icing applications while creating cookies, cupcakes, biscuits, and muffins. No previous baking experience is required


Algebra 1 Refresher

Summer at Episcopal Day School Camp

Leader in Training (LiT) @ EDS

Have your teenager apply for our Leader in Training program and learn valuable leadership skills this summer. This volunteer position is for teenagers, 13-15. Through the LiT Program, our young leaders will get CPR/First Aid Certified, gain leadership experience, work hands-on with younger children, and be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of activities for the camp. LiTs must commit to at least 2 weeks of camp, and priority will be given to those who can work for the entire summer.
