Highland Outpost has tons of fun winter activities for your family. They have snow tubing and ice skating. There is also a cafe that serves hot homemade meals. If you are worried about the snow tubing being too fast for the little ones, they have a snow play area for younger children.

Sapphire Valley Ski Area has it all. This resort has over 5700 acres of winter sports fun. They have a moderate slope fit for intermediate/beginner skiers. If skiing is not your thing, you can go snow tubing or take on The Zordach, a zip lining experience. Sapphire Valley is also perfect for snowboarding as well.
