Tips For Your Tubing Trip
– Book before you go! Many places allow you to reserve a spot online. This is especially critical on holidays.
– Prepare a cooler. Many companies offer a cooler tube for rent and it’s worth the money. You can pack a lunch, some snacks, and drinks. Be sure NOT to pack glass and styrofoam.
– Don’t forget the sunscreen. You never know how much shade is on the water.
– Talk to your kids about life jackets. Most places will require them for children of certain ages.
– Please visit the website of the rental place to know their rules about alcoholic beverages. Some places do not allow them.
– We suggest leaving keys and valuable items in your vehicle. If you must bring them place them in a waterproof bag and stick them in the cooler.
– Bring something to steer your floats and something to tie them together. This will help keep your kids near you.
