What’s Hatching

This course is for children 10+ yrs old. The course will include how to set an incubator for chicks, how to care for chicks, and general chicken care. Children will help maintain the incubator and monitor chick development, care for the chicks, care for adult chickens, and safe egg handling for consumption. Children will be able to take home two chicks if they choose too with a starter kit (feeder, waterer, and starter feed) Starter kit will not include a coop for the chicks. They will also receive fresh eggs that collect depending upon availibilty. Classes will be on Friday’s from 4 to 6pm. The dates are as follows:
