The Veggie Park Farmers Market is known as “The Most Feel-Good Farmers Market” in Augusta! Located along the Augusta Canal in the downtown neighborhood of Harrisburg, this market features some of the best farmers in the CSRA. This market is open to everyone, and offers a variety of educational experiences including weekly seasonal-foods cooking demos, free gardening advice, healthy food children’s activities and a fruit & vegetable prescription program. We DOUBLE EBT/SNAP! Now in its 7th season, this market represents a community of people committed to a better food system for all of Augusta.
