My Health 4 Teens Open House

Augusta Partnership for Children, Inc./Family Connection’s Continued Change Initiative is partnering with Medical Associates Plus (MAP) to host an Open House of MAP’s new Teen Friendly accommodations. This Open House is specifically for Teens ages 13-19 and will feature a Tour of the Center, Activities, Back-to-School Giveaways, Informational Question and Answer Sessions for Teens and Parents/Caregivers. Topics discussed will include: sexual and reproductive health, adolescent health rights, HIV/STD and pregnancy prevention and more!
