Little Yogis

For ages 3-5.
Through games and play Little Yogis will explore age appropriate yoga and mindfulness with breath-work. Little Yogis will explore ways to find awareness about their feelings, learn to notice when feelings arise and find fun ways to express emotions with their bodies. This practice begins to teach Little Yogis how to become more accepting of themselves, and in turn, of each other.
