Farm School~farm animals

Farm school for families. These classes are for families with children from 3 to 10 years old. The classes will cover basic care of animals (feeding, medical, and maintenance) and their uses on the farm by lectures, demos, and guest speakers. Families will get to help care for the animals, do some barn chores, and crafts. Parents will be responsible for helping their children with each activity. Classes will be on Friday’s from 10am to 12pm for 5 weeks. Classes will be as follows:
3/4~horses and donkeys
3/11~poultry and fowl
3/18~goats and sheep
3/25~pigs and rabbits
4/1~ farming methods we use. Price is $80/child for the 5 week course.
