Bloomin’ Arts Festival

The Harlem Arts Council is sponsoring its annual signature fine arts event in downtown Harlem. The Bloomin’ Arts Festival will be held on the green in front of the new Harlem Library. There will be music, vendors, food, children’s art and activities.
Free to the public!
Friday, May 3rd, 6-9 pm and Saturday, May 4th 10 am – 4 pm
