1:30PM: Joyce Law, local historic preservation activist, will kick off the celebration with a reading of Teacakes for Tosh.

2:00PM: The Museum will have a special screening of the recently released documentary, And They All Went Down Both to the River. The documentary celebrates the legacy and aspirations of Springfield Baptist Church, the oldest continuously active black church in the United States and the community from which it sprang.

2:30PM: The award-winning local youth drumline, Created 2 Play will perform in the Museum’s Rotunda.
