Are you wondering what is being cancelled around town? Here’s a evolving list of cancellations around the CSRA. We’ll be updating this list regularly with new cancellations as well as our calendar and event pages. Please let us know if you are aware of a family or kid friendly event that’s been cancelled or postponed.

Cancellations and Closings in the CSRA School Districts

** All schools are closed per state/county closures. Georgia county schools have been cancelled for the remainder of the school year. 

Public Attractions That Are Closed

Chick-Fil-A’s in the CSRA have closed their playgrounds and dining rooms until further notice. 

Imagination Station Children’s Museum of Augusta will be closed til April 24th.

 Reed Creek Park Interpretive Center will be closed until further notice, but the outdoor space will remain open.

Columbia County Libraries will be closed until the end of April.

City of Aiken Recreation Buildings including Odell Weeks, Smith Hazel and Lessie Price Senior & Youth Center. 

Lowes Kids Workshops will be cancelled until further notice.

Augusta Mall is is temporarily closed. Essential stores and restaurants with exterior-facing entrances remain open to service your needs.

Playland of Aiken is closed until further notice.

All Aiken County Libraries are closed until further notice. 

All Augusta-Richmond County Public Library branches are closed until further notice.

Sports, Activities and Events: Cancellations and Closures

The Masters will be postponed.

The Big Bounce will be postponed til October 9th

Grovetown Heritage Festival is postponed til May 16th. 

Local Universities Closures

Paine College is closed for the remainder of the Spring season.

Augusta University is closed for the remainder of the Spring season.

USC Aiken/USC Aiken Children’s Center is closed for the spring semester.

Augusta Tech Campus is closed for the spring semester.

Aiken Tech Campus is closed for the spring semester.

CSRA Places that Plan to Stay Open

All play places are closed due to state/county closures.

Travel: Closings that could affect your Spring Break plans

Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, is closed until further notice.

Dollywood opening is postponed til further notice.

Carowinds opening is postponed til further notice.

Legoland FL is closed until further notice.

Six Flags of Georgia is closed til mid-may. 

Great Wolf Lodge Atlanta/Charlotte will be closed til May.
