Camp Information

STEM Camp

Dates: June 5-9
Times: 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Ages: This camp is for students entering 1st-6th grades in the fall.
Pricing: $200 (early-bird pricing through April 21 – $225 starting April 22)

Release your inner superhero with a week of fun and exciting STEM challenges! We’re soaring into coding, science, technology, engineering, and math like never before. The camp fee includes a t-shirt and a week of imagination, invention, and creativity, all combined with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

You Have To Provide Your Own Snack, Lunch, and Drinks.

Fun In The Son Summer Camp

Dates: May 30 – July 28 (closed the week of July 3-7)
Times:
7:30 am – 6:00 pm (Currently enrolled ACS students)
9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Ages: This camp is for students entering K5 – 5th grades in the fall.
Pricing:
$250/wk – 7:30 am to 6:00 pm (ACS Students)
$200/wk (ACS Students) & $250/wk (Non-Students) – 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Children are involved in arts and crafts, fine arts, sports, field trips, daily devotionals, and much, much more. Every Friday is Water Fun Day. Other activities will be added at the discretion of the Camp Director.

You have to provide your lunch, snacks, and drinks, Monday – Thursday. Friday lunch will be provided. 

Art Adventures With Miss Wendy

Dates and Times:
June 12-16, June 19-23, and June 26-30
9 am-Noon
Pricing:$215 (includes a $15 supply fee)

We are pleased to offer three “Art Adventures with Miss Wendy” Summer Art Camps. These camps will be led by our after-school art class teacher, Ms. Wendy Murphy. Camps will include a variety of fun and engaging art projects and games, painting, sculpture, mixed media, small clay projects, papier-mache, recycled art, cultural and art history, and more!

WHO MAY ATTEND: Camps are for Elementary students entering 1st-6th grades in the fall (current K5-5th grade students). There must be at least 6 students signed up in order for the camp to take place and there is a maximum capacity of 21 students.

Summer Math Camps for Rising 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th Graders

Dates and Times:
June 5-8
9 am – 12 noon
Pricing: $110 per session

This Camp is designed to help your student be proficient in the level of math they are currently on and give them a head start for the math they will be taking in the upcoming year. Each day will be interactive, using hands-on, group, and individual work to make sure they are keeping their math skills sharp this summer.

6th Grade Boot Camp

6th Grade Boot Camp is available to all rising 6th graders, new families, or previously homeschooled students.

This camp is designed for incoming sixth graders to give them a head start on their middle school journey. The goal of the Boot Camp is to help ease the transition and nerves that the students face as they enter sixth grade.

This camp is only open to current or new ACS students entering the 6th grade in the Fall.

Elementary Basketball Camp

Dates: June 19-22
Times: 9 pm – Noon
Ages:  Rising 2nd-5th Graders and Novice Rising 6th Graders
Pricing: $90 for ACS students and $100 for non-ACS students

Join us this summer in the Augusta Christian Gym as students work on their game skills and have a great time in the process. The Lions Basketball Camp will include a mixture of individual fundamental skill work, team skill development, camp contests, and scrimmages. In addition, biblical character development will be offered each day based on the game of basketball.

This Co-Ed camp is for elementary students (rising 2nd graders-5th graders and novice rising 6th graders). Kids should simply dress appropriately for basketball activities and may bring a water bottle and their own snacks if they like. We will provide a sports drink and snack during our break time each day.

Middle School Co-Ed Basketball Camp

Dates:  July 10-13
Times: 9 am – 12 noon daily
Ages: Experienced 6th graders and rising 7th-8th graders)

Join us this summer in the Augusta Christian Gym as we open the doors for students from all around the CSRA to work on their game skills and have a great time in the process. The Lions Basketball Camp will include a mixture of individual fundamental skill work, team skill development, camp contests, and scrimmages. In addition, biblical character development will be offered each day based on the game of basketball.

This Basketball Camp is for Middle School boys and girls (experienced 6th graders and rising 7th-8th graders). Kids should simply dress appropriately for basketball activities and may bring a water bottle and their own snacks if they like. We will provide a sports drink and snack during our break time each day.
